Production Process

The material - Aluminium is kept in the stores which are received from the Aluminium Extruders. All the required accessories are kept in stock.
After the Job Order is received from the Design Department along with the cutting list, the required material is taken from the stores for production.
According to the required sizes, there are markings made on the Aluminium extrusions. There are different types of profiles used for different type of glazing works. This includes frame work for Structural Glazing, Doors, and Windows, “U” Channel glazing, Aluminium Composite Panel cladding etc. Then these different types of profile extrusions are cut into required lengths accordingly, in the cutting Machine - 26’ Cutting Machine with digital display
Holes are drilled where ever required using Machining Centre - CNC & Drilling Machine for fastening. For Mass Production of Typical items, the CNC machine is programmed with the distance required for machining ( X & Y direction). Automatically the machine locates the point of drilling & drills a hole, machining takes place wherever required & accordingly the frames are fabricated.
For the kind of job which is not typical, Copy Milling Machine is used to get the shape of the required profile.
